Heartfulness is at the core of what I do in my work. Here I want to bring you into deeper layers of yourself. Through therapy as well as meditation, mindfulness and heartfulness I open a way for you to deepen, internalize and become aware of your true nature: you are already completely free and enlightened!

Heartfulness is a deepening of mindfulness and this blog will help you deepen your meditation practice, with a focus on the heart. Through all kinds of workshops and training you will become acquainted with all kinds of currents from the spiritual teachings throughout history, ancient wisdom, known and unknown exercises, built on thousands of years of experience and exercises tested and supported by the scientific world.

  1. You will be introduced to meditations that open you physically, both the physical heart and your physical body. Through yoga, breathing and movement exercises, heart coherence,…
  2. Dozens of meditation techniques that open you emotionally and enlighten and purify the emotional heart.
  3. Purification and opening of your energy systems in which the heart chakra is central, but also the other chakras need to be opened. You get a feel for the different energetic fields, energy lines,…
  4. You will be introduced to wisdom from old schools and traditions from the West and East and the wisdom of your own heart. Listen to the silence and hear what real truth is that liberates and brings you back to the core of your soul. How you can influence yourself and the environment through meditation with intentions and focus.

Through all kinds of workshops, each training sheds light on a certain segment of your existence and you get meditation exercises that address your whole being and highlight all dimensions of your heart. All this is based on the vision and model of Centering of Centrosophy.
