Bring the dough together with a spatula. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\nRoll out the dough with a rolling pin between 2 sheets of baking paper until you have a nice thin pizza base. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Invest to your heart&#8217;s content. Place the pizza with the baking paper on a baking tray.
