Brownie mix

You may be familiar with a brownie or chocolate brownie: such a flat, baked square or rectangular, rich and creamy chocolate cake, sticky or a bit more cakey that in texture resembles a combination of a slice of cake and a biscuit. Originally American and marketed as a dessert, a brownie has now become more of a pastry that you can eat with coffee. In addition to chocolate, brownies can contain a variety of ingredients, such as nuts, chocolate flakes, and raisins.

Now there are also the Treat brownies. Are these brownies really gluten-free? Yes, and also lactose free. And they taste at least as good as the ‘regular’ brownies. Give yourself a chocolate boost and go for this gluten-free recipe! True enthusiasts add an extra portion of chocolate drops just before baking. This way you get a firm brownie with a full chocolate taste!
