Environmentally responsible

Fortunately, environmental responsibility is becoming increasingly important. What about the Earthlite massage table?

The American brand Earthlite uses certified woods, environmentally friendly lacquer and CFC-free upholstery for the massage tables.

  • Earthlite does not use rainforest hardwood but relies solely on farmed and sustainable wood sources.
  • Canadian hard maple is used for the table legs and brackets, and Baltic birch plywood for the table tops.
  • In addition, you will see respect for nature in the water-based varnish, eco-friendly foam and vinyl used on Earthlite’s products.
They are actively trying to reduce material waste and plant trees.
  • Development continues in the field of new techniques and materials. For example, the company developed the Natursoft® covering material. Natur Soft © feels like soft leather and is based on PU (Polyurethane) and has been developed in an environmentally friendly manner.
  • Earthlite and Inner Strength have a joint factory in China for which they source the materials themselves. Moreover, the working conditions, pay and housing are considerably better than usual in China. Even a weekly massage is the norm here. From other Chinese massage table manufacturers it is unclear where the materials come from.

Earthlite now with FSC certification 2008

Earthlite now has an official FSC mark. This means that the wood comes from plantations where trees are replanted and environmentally friendly work is done.
