The stimulation glasses are mounted in front of the eyes like normal sunglasses, with LEDs (light emiting diodes) as light sources. All LED-based light lenses are designed to be used with the eyes closed – the eyelids diffuse the light and soften the stimulation. Here’s a generic model to follow when considering what color glasses to use: use blue for delta (sleep / tidy); for theta (meditation / visualization) use green; for alpha (learning / relaxing) use yellow; and for beta (focus / energy) use orange or red.
