Premium LED light glasses

The stimulation glasses are mounted in front of the eyes like normal sunglasses, with LEDs (light emiting diodes) as light sources. All LED-based light lenses are designed to be used with the eyes closed – the eyelids diffuse the light and soften the stimulation. These premium LED light glasses are equipped with four intense LED lights.

The warmer colors (red, yellow and orange) have a stimulating (stimulating) effect, while the cooler colors (green and blue) have a calming (inhibiting) effect. Blue color is a good example as it has been observed to be very effective in inducing sleep quickly in most people. Light and sound system users often prefer white color glasses for their ability to generate incredible images with fantastic colors and complex patterns.

Each color of light offers the benefits of light and sound stimulation. However, specific colors will help you get there faster and deeper. Here’s a generic model to follow when considering what color glasses to use: use blue for delta (sleep / tidy); for theta (meditation / visualization) use green; for alpha (learning / relaxing) use yellow; and for beta (focus / energy) use orange or red.
