Vanilla pudding powder

With this vanilla pudding powder, you choose a healthy gluten-free, lactose-free and sugar-free alternative to pudding. The vanilla pudding powder also contains turmeric and is full of healthy prebiotic fibre. Very easy to prepare.

Preparation method

  • 1 pack vanilla pudding powder
  • 25 g coconut blossom sugar or sweetener of your choice
  • 500 ml vegetable milk

Mix the contents of the sachet with 25 g coconut blossom sugar or sweetener of your choice and 500 ml vegetable milk until smooth in a pan. Bring the mixture to the boil over low heat and reduce, stirring. This can be served hot or cold.


The vanilla pudding powder consists of Tapioca flour, coconut flour, konjac flour, bamboo fibre flour, bourbon vanilla rind, turmeric.
