Warming up massage oil

The Warming Up massage oil is a sports oil that strengthens the muscles, stimulates blood circulation and warms up the muscles. The joints are also relaxed. Ideal as a massage oil before exercise, if you have to perform relatively short, intense efforts. Also suitable for people with muscle and joint complaints that worsen when cold. Warm-up has the following essential oils: wintergreen, cypress, cinnamon, peppermint, rosemary, Scots pine and camphor.

  • Wintergreen, when applied to the skin, has the ability to warm these parts of the body. This makes this oil extremely suitable for the muscles. They are warmed up, which reduces tension and soothes the pain. Good against muscle cramps, muscle strains, muscle tears, rheumatism, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, polyarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, tennis elbow,…
  • Rosemary oil is known for everything that stagnates in body and mind and therefore strengthens what needs energy. Rosemary stimulates and warms both the psyche and physically the body tissues and blood circulation, it is invigorating and promotes blood circulation, and helps with (chronic) fatigue complaints. Rosemary has a restorative and detoxifying effect on the liver and gallbladder, just like peppermint.
  • Cypress is an essential oil obtained by steam distillation of the needles and branches. Cypress is for the care of oily skin, helps with excessive perspiration and prevents the expansion of varicose veins. In a massage oil, cypress works for muscle cramps, edema (of the legs) and provides support for arthritis. Cypress oil has a stimulating effect on the liver and strengthens the pancreas.
  • Cinnamon oil has a warming effect on the skin and stimulates blood circulation. It has an analgesic and antispasmodic effect in the treatment of muscle pain and strains.
  • Peppermint is one of the oldest medicinal plants in the world. Peppermint was already used by the Greeks for stomach complaints and urinary tract problems. If someone had a headache, the leaves were placed on the temples and face. The Romans and Egyptians also knew the antispasmodic and warming effect of mint on digestion.
