Preparation method with breadcrumbs
You can use this breadcrumbs for many different purposes. For example, you can make croquettes. After you have made the mashed croquettes and they have cooled sufficiently, prepare 2 deep plates: 1 to put in a beaten egg and 1 with breadcrumbs. Take a croquette with your hands and pass it successively through the breadcrumbs, the egg and again through the breadcrumbs.
Heat the odorless coconut oil and fry the croquettes until they are golden brown.
