Treat vital bread

Vital bread is a delicious and healthy gluten- and lactose-free bread, full of good prebiotic fibers from the baobab fruit. These fibers ensure a good intestinal flora and intestinal transit.

Description

Preparation method for a Treat Vital bread:

  • 150 ml sparkling water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • vital bread baking

Mix Mix the eggs, sparkling water and melted coconut oil in a bowl and beat for 2 minutes until foamy. Now mix in the baking mix until you get a smooth mass. Bring the dough together with a spatula, including the dough that still sticks to the bowl. Then let the batter rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

Then shape the dough into a ball, without kneading it further and place it on baking paper. Immediately bake the bread in the center of a preheated oven at 180°C for about 60 minutes. That’s it! If you have a bread maker, you can also bake this vital bread in it if your device has a container without a kneading program.
