Living from the Heart
It rolls smoothly out of the mouth: ‘Living from the Heart’… It sounds beautiful and human.
Living from your heart means first and foremost (!) that you can look at yourself, at the others and the environment around you with love, gentleness and compassion. You can only connect with others if you have first made a connection with yourself.
That connection with yourself is easiest to find in your heart. How do you do that? Assume that this will require a lot of work. After all, each of us has numerous emotions that prevent us from looking at ourselves and others compassionately, openly, mildly and with gentleness. Or you have numerous prejudices about the other person or expectations that he/she must first fulfill before you can open your heart. Conditional love…? Can you look at yourself with compassion and compassion and allow and accept things in your life? With love and gentleness? Also in your divorced relationship? Or do memories keep you from opening your heart again?
You already got it, living from the heart is a long way. Doesn’t happen by itself! If you know that everyone is struggling and doing their best to be the best person possible, it is easier to look at the other person with compassion. You see that we all have fears, emotions, pains, judgments and strategies to keep us upright. If you can look at yourself with more love and find acceptance for your own patterns, you will also be able to feel love and acceptance for the patterns of the other person more easily!
What is real Love?
Committing yourself to others, caring, helping, is not exactly living from the heart. It can also be a way to get unspoken love, attention, and care from the other person. Conditional love, in other words. It can be the call of the inner child that wants to experience that symbiotic unity again, and tries to find it by taking care of others, giving love, in the hope of getting this love back. In other words, there is so much going on in our hearts that it is not really easy to understand what real Loving life means. Great yogis, meditation teachers and saints can show you the way. In heartfulness you will become acquainted with great spiritual masters and teachings from ancient spiritual traditions, which are thousands of years old. You will become acquainted with a wealth of meditation techniques, each of which from a different angle can put you on the road to open your heart and connect with yourself and others. But you will also become acquainted with the recent, young, scientific developments that research the heart and brain and do experiments with meditation and the power of thoughts.
In your heart you will find compassion, love, mildness, gentleness and connection.
Lecture: What is Heartfulness?
Have I been able to warm you up and touch your heart? Then this lecture might be something for you… It is suitable for both men and women. No prior knowledge is required and it is not a support group. DThis lecture is a first step to taste, feel, let resonate in the head, feeling, pelvis and heart what heartfulness is. In this lecture you will be introduced to the wisdom of the wheel. You will understand why we explore 4 dimensions of the heart: the physical, the emotional, the energetic and the mental Heart. This will make it clear to you why there are 4 modules to develop your personal heart. And that there are another 4 modules that connect your heart in relation to the heart (and pelvis) of the other.
So it’s quite a journey. I would like to inspire you, in an innovative, age-old wisdom and at the same time deepening way.
