Description
Preparation method for a Keto & low-carb bread:
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml sparkling water
- baking mix Keto & low-carb bread.
- optional: 6 g lemon juice.
Mix the eggs, water and optional lemon juice together with the flour mix until smooth in a bowl. Let the batter rest for 15 min. Then form an oval loaf with wet hands and place on baking paper. If necessary, slice the bread for a nice rise. Bake the loaf in a preheated oven at 180°C for 60 min.
That’s it! If you have a breadmaker, you can also bake this keto bread in it if your machine has a bake without kneading programme.
