Description

Preparation method for a Treat pizza:

• 80 ml sparkling water
• 2 eggs
• 80 ml coconut oil
• pizza mix

Put all ingredients together with the pizza mix in a bowl and knead until you get a smooth mass. Bring the dough together with a spatula. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin between 2 sheets of baking paper until you have a nice thin pizza base. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Invest to your heart’s content. Place the pizza with the baking paper on a baking tray. And bake the pizza for about 15 minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy.
Serving tip: Drizzle some more olive oil over the warm pizza and serve with some arugula ‘on top’.
