The training is built up systematically. You are expected to actively participate in the training. This participation requires little of your daily time, but it does require attention and discipline for the practice of heart coherence. That’s why coaching is so important. The program consists of a minimum of 4 sessions.
You will also receive an invitation to fill in a 4DKL list. More about this in the email that will follow.
