What does this module, the physical heart, entail?
Step into meditation trainings full of discovery, in which the Heart is central. This module heartfulness, the physical heart, explores the Heart in its physical aspect. We also connect the Heart with the Basin as the basis of our being.
This training is a first module based on the wisdom of the “wheel of life” from which Heartfulness works.
We are going to use the physical body to open the heart more effectively. We always have one instrument of our body at hand and we can regulate it ourselves with the random nervous system: breathing.
Other automatic functions of the body such as, blood circulation, hormone production, digestion, heart rate,… we can’t arrange it ourselves. But we can influence breathing OURSELVES!
This is super important for this module. That is why we will learn to explore breathing in different ways:
- Explore the breath through playful exercises
- Explore and open the breathing spaces through yoga and movement exercises
- Influence our heart rate and heart rhythm through heart coherence
Spiritual wisdom is known from the East such as mindfulness, meditation and yoga. But we can also look to the West, to the traditional way of life of the original inhabitants of America. We get to know their meditation practices, do ceremonies and see if there are similarities with other forms of spirituality.
This module is for you if:
- you are overworked or want to recover from a burnout.
- you are looking for peace and want to get more in touch with your body.
- you have complaints such as a thin feeling in the head, poor sleep and concentration problems
- you want to open your heart more.
- you want to get more in touch with your heart and from there connect with the heart of the other?
- you want to take steps to learn to meditate?
- you want to get a coherent heart and bring a balance between your brain and heart.
- you want to become more aware of your breath and deepen your breathing.
