Description
Preparation of the Vegan Tagliatelle:
Very simple: cook for 3 minutes in boiling water.
Bring some water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and a dash of olive oil. Add the tagliatelle. Cook the tagliatelle for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Drain the pasta and rinse briefly under cold running water. Serve the tagliatelle immediately with the desired garnishes and sauce.
