The LevOlade dark chocolate less sugar 55% are callets with a balanced dark chocolate of 55% and a reduced sugar content, with fruity notes and a roasted cocoa taste. Instead of sugar, fibre is added.
You can melt these callets very easily in a pan au bain-marie without having to break or chop a block first. Once melted, you can do anything with it:

  • Melted in an almond drink or other milk-free drink, you have a unique chocolate milk with less sugar; just make sure that your drink does not contain any sugar, which often happens by adding rice or other sugar-rich substances. Then it is a pity to use this sugar-reduced chocolate…
