The Levolade dark chocolate Uganda with 80% is a dark chocolate that reveals a full expression of robust and earthy flavor notes of humus and loam from the rich mineral soil of the Bundibugyo region. The dark origin chocolate from Uganda typically displays a full yet balanced cocoa intensity, subtly enriched with delicious notes of fresh citrus and dried fruits accompanied by bitterness and acidity.

Produced from Forastero cocoa beans. These rich and luscious callets are lactose free and vegan.

The Levocolate chocolate drops you will receive come from cacao farmers around the world. The cacao farmers receive training and fair prices. This allows them to spend more time caring for their plantation, improving their skills, productivity and quality. The organisations work closely with local farmers in managing the fermentation and drying process. The fermentation process is closely monitored and optimised by local fermentation experts close to the cocoa farmers. Controlling this process ensures that Levolade chocolate is made from the highest quality cocoa beans. The result is a win-win. Farmers deliver a better crop as well as receiving a higher income. And the chocolate producers are assured of higher quality beans.
